So OK, we know that eating healthy is very important but do we need in order to have a healthy diet? There are essential amino acids and then there are non-essential amino acids. They are all still needed for your health however non-essential amino acids can be made out of essential acids if there is a deficiancy. You can get protein from meat, eggs, cheese and milk along with pulses, grains, nuts and seeds. If you are vegetarian or vegan it's going to be a lot more difficult to get the protein you need so you ought to take special care in this department. Quorn, soy protein, pulses, nuts and seeds are advised.

Fiber - If you are getting a big "bunged up" in the toilet department then you need to make sure you have enough fiber in your diet. If you don't you will become constipated. There are products on the market to help with constipation but ultimately you need to make sure you have a good diet. You can get fiber in pulses, grains, fruit, veg plus nuts and seeds. Baked beans are very good because they are quick and simple to prepare.
